Just then, the doorbell rang. It was their Meemaw, Sheldon's feisty and lovable grandmother, who had stopped by to visit. She walked into the kitchen, took one look at Sheldon, and chuckled. "What's all the hubbub, bub?"

Mary smiled and replied, "That's our Sheldon, always keeping us on our toes."

Sheldon's face lit up, and for a moment, his ranting ceased. "Cookies and milk? Well, I suppose that's a decent proposal."

Undeterred, Sheldon persisted, his voice growing louder and more animated. "You see, the problem lies in the fact that the textbook oversimplifies the concept of spacetime. It's an affront to the very fabric of physics!"

Meemaw smiled and patted Sheldon on the head. "Well, sweetie, I think I can help you with that." She turned to Mary and whispered, "You know, I used to be quite the science whiz myself, back in the day."
