It sounds simple. You want the ISO file for Windows 11 on ARM, just like the x86 (Intel/AMD) version. You’ll flash it to a USB drive, boot it up, and hit "Install."

The ARM Windows ecosystem is maturing fast—especially with Snapdragon X Elite chips rivaling Apple’s performance—but Microsoft still treats ISOs as an OEM/internal tool. Use UUP Dump or virtualization, and you’ll be up and running in 20 minutes.
