Our authorized accountant was suddenly hospitalized due to a cardiac event on 18th March 2025. The alternate staff required time to access records and file correctly. Late arrival on 3rd March 2025 by 45 minutes. Reply: I admit the delay. On that day, I had a medical emergency with my dependent child and rushed them to the clinic. Attached is the doctor’s prescription and time-stamped payment receipt (Annexure A).
