The film Regina Cassandra was never released. Critics called the leaked footage "a disturbing violation of its star." The studio was sued into oblivion. But the final shot—Regina’s bloodied hand, her defiant smile, the broken mirror—became a viral legend.

Week three. The void turned cold. It was 1995. She was nine. The floor was linoleum, cracked in a Y-shape. The air smelled of cheap whiskey and burned toast. Her father’s silhouette filled the doorway.

"No," she said. "Not this. Erase it."

She tried to leave. There were no doors. The void had become a mirror. On one side, her nine-year-old self. On the other, her forty-nine-year-old self. And in the middle, a camera lens that blinked like a lazy eye.

Regina broke down after the tenth take. "Cut," she whispered, and the void went white.
