“Mira,” she said, her voice crackling with warmth. “If you’re seeing this, I’m gone. And you’ve found the code. I didn’t buy PlayOn to record TV shows. I bought it because their servers had a secret backdoor—a legal one, before the suits found out. It recorded not just video, but the stream of memory .”
