Founded in Portland, Oregon, and rapidly spreading to suburban communities nationwide, the club operates on a radical premise: You don’t really know your daughter. And she doesn’t really know you. The structure is simple but powerful. Eight to twelve mother-daughter pairs meet biweekly. For the first hour, the mothers leave the room.
