Additionally, the industry must also focus on creating awareness about the negative impact of piracy on the film industry and the importance of watching movies through legitimate channels.
However, in a trend that has become all too common in the Indian film industry, the movie was leaked on piracy websites like Filmyhit and MP4Moviez just hours after its release. The pirated version of KGF: Chapter 2 began circulating on these websites, allowing fans to download the movie for free.
