The 1080p MPEG-4 AVC encode is a mixed bag. Daytime shots of the Grecian coastline look stunning. You can see every bead of sweat on Dimitri’s forehead and every grain of sand in Nadia’s perfectly curled hair. However, during the night vision segments (where the real drama happens), the compression artifacts swarm the screen like mosquitos.
