But sometimes, late at night, he would boot up a normal, legal copy of San Andreas . And when he drove through the countryside at 2 AM, he would see things that weren't supposed to be there: a line of green rain falling from a clear sky, a single Ryder standing on a pier where he shouldn't exist, or a traffic jam of purple low-riders with no drivers.
