Welcome back to Woodstone. It’s good to be haunted in high definition.
Unlike the lovable chuckleheads we know (Thor, Sasappis, Alberta), Patience is pure 17th-century zealot. She isn't interested in watching TV or eating pizza; she wants order, silence, and a return to "the old ways." The episode brilliantly balances horror tropes with sitcom logic—watching Patience try to "exorcise" Jay’s new sous chef because he whistles on the Sabbath is a masterclass in physical comedy. While Ghosts is hilarious on a phone screen, S04E01 is a visual feast that demands high definition. Here is why you should seek out the 1080p version: ghosts s04e01 1080p hd

Patience’s Puritan garb isn't just black and white. In high definition, you can see the actual dirt and wear on the hem from 400 years of wandering the dirt cellar. She isn't interested in watching TV or eating
Ghosts Season 4 Episode 1 is available on Paramount+ and CBS On Demand. Ensure your settings are cranked to 1080p HD for the definitive experience.
Director Trent O’Donnell has shifted the color palette. Previous seasons used warm, golden sunlight. For "Patience," the lighting is cold, blue, and desaturated. In standard definition, this looks like a muddy mess. In 1080p HD , you see the texture of the frost forming on the sconces and the subtle gradient shift when Patience walks through a wall. It’s cinematic.
