"Is it true you were wearing a feathered headdress?"
Three days later. El Presidente stands at a podium, eyes red. Reporters shout questions about the "cabaret video."
El Presidente frowns. "A what?"
"He took the bait. Satrip is running the deepfake operation as we predicted. We have everything—server locations, crypto wallets, the fake cabaret footage. By tomorrow, both El Presidente and Satrip will be arrested for election fraud and psychological warfare."
On a beach 2,000 miles away, a laptop chimes. A woman in sunglasses opens the file. It’s a video titled: "GENERAL’S COUP – REAL PLOT, REAL EVIDENCE."
The room goes silent. Even the ceiling fan seems to stop.
