With the capital in riots, Hernán broadcasts the repaired H264 clip live on all channels. The grandmother VP smiles, waves, and detonates a signal jammer. The screen goes black — but not before Hernán pulls the fire alarm, triggering Plan Sock (evacuation via laundry chutes).
A mysterious USB drive labeled H264 appears on Hernán’s desk. It contains encrypted footage of the previous president confessing to a massacre — but the file is corrupted. Hernán’s tech-savvy niece, Luna, must repair it before the general staff "repairs" her.
The H264 file partially decodes: the massacre was ordered by the beloved Vice President — a folksy grandmother figure. Hernán realizes he was placed as a puppet to cover her rise. He fakes a seizure to avoid signing her emergency powers decree.
Hernán’s only governing skill was organizing sock inventories. He tries to run the country like a lost-and-found, labeling problems: "Missing Economy" (tag red), "Lost Border" (tag blue). The IMF arrives, deeply confused.
