After months of creeping on this sub, I finally pulled the trigger on a used shell pack and slowly pieced together my dream setup. Nothing high-end – Mapex Armory shells, Sabian XSR cymbals, and an old Ludwig Supraphonic snare I found at a garage sale for $50. Still dialing in the tom angles and fighting the urge to buy another crash. Be honest – what’s the first thing you’d change? Also, any tips for reducing floor tom ring without buying new heads yet? Thank you so much for all of these tips! They are things that I probably already know, but haven’t put together in my mind. I decorate for others as well as my own home, and sometimes my own home gets frantically thrown together. A little more organization will make the upcoming season much easier.
