Intel driver version 15.4251, available via downloadcenter.intel.com , addresses critical stability issues and performance regressions observed in prior releases for 10th Gen Intel Core mobile processors (Ice Lake). This paper evaluates the driver’s impact on graphics rendering latency, power consumption, and interrupt handling in Windows 10/11 environments. Using a controlled testbed (Dell XPS 13 7390), we compare version 15.4251 against 15.4250. Results indicate a 12% reduction in frame time variance under sustained load and elimination of a known DPC watchdog violation issue during sleep-wake cycles. No significant regression in 3DMark or WebXPRT scores was observed. The findings confirm that 15.4251 is a recommended update for affected platforms.
