Change Icon Desktop [updated] Link

Go to the Shortcut tab.

Right-click on an empty area of your desktop and select Personalization . change icon desktop

Browse through the default Windows icons, or click Browse to use your own .ico file. (Note: You cannot use JPEG or PNG images directly—they must be in .ico format. Use a free online converter to change your image to an icon file.) Go to the Shortcut tab

Click the Change Icon... button.
